Article 1 – Purpose & Scope
These Terms of Service govern the access, browsing, and usage of the website vibeiptv.zikksoft.com and the software application VIBE IPTV, developed and published by ZikkSoft (Senegal).
By accessing the website or installing/using the application on any LG webOS Smart TV, the user agrees to be bound by these terms in full.
Article 2 – Description of Service & Content Disclaimer
2.1. Pure Player Software Utility
VIBE IPTV is a neutral multimedia player designed to decode and play video network streams (such as HLS, MPEG-TS, and MP4). The application operates strictly as a playback tool.
2.2. Explicit Non-Provision of Content
ZikkSoft does not provide, sell, host, broadcast, index, or endorse ANY copyrighted video streams, live TV channels, movies, or IPTV subscriptions. The software is distributed completely empty. The user must independently configure their own legitimate access credentials (Xtream Codes or M3U playlists) acquired from authorized providers.
Article 3 – User Commitments & Copyright Compliance
When using VIBE IPTV, the user warrants and agrees to:
- Respect Copyright: Only input playlists and stream URLs for which they possess legitimate viewing authorization under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Anti-Piracy Compliance: Never use the application as an instrument for unauthorized circumvention or illicit broadcasting of proprietary media.
- Credential Confidentiality: Maintain sole custody and security over their connection codes entered on their private TV hardware.
Article 4 – Digital Advertising & Business Model
VIBE IPTV is offered free of charge. In return, the service incorporates digital advertising (video ads compliant with IAB VAST specifications and web banners) delivered by authorized third-party ad networks, including Google LLC (Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager).

Article 5 – Limitation of Liability
ZikkSoft does not guarantee the uptime, bandwidth, stability, or content quality of external IPTV servers configured by the user. ZikkSoft shall not be held liable for stream stutter, buffering, or third-party outages. The software is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty.
Article 6 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dakar, Senegal.
